Mangamate Campsite Update

  • Published on December 20, 2022

The campsite is open and available at your leisure with the camp fees on hold until further notice.

The two composting toilets adjacent to the waterfall area are permanently closed, however the toilet at the southern end of the site is open.

The campsite operates under a pack in/pack out policy, so please take your rubbish, bottles, and cans with you when leaving the campsite.

Enjoy your stay and while at the camp, perhaps visit many of the walks and MTB rides, or find a secluded spot to take in the sights and sounds of Whirinaki Te Pua a Tane Conservation Park.
