Postponement of Special General and Annual General Meetings
The Trustees met recently and decided to postpone the Special General Meeting and the Annual General Meeting of the Trust due to the continuing uncertainty of Covid and the Red Traffic Light restrictions currently in place.
Notice is hereby given that the Special General Meeting and Annual General Meeting and all required business contained therein, is postponed until the national protection framework has moved to the Orange Traffic Light setting. A new date will be confirmed in due course.
